Q: Do i get notified when an order is placed on my site?

A: Yes, you will receive an email confirmation of each order placed on your site.

Q: How do i drive traffic to my site?

A; There are a number of ways to promote your online store. We have listed a few of the most common below.

  • In store promotions
  • Coupons
  • Advertising
  • Search engine optimization
  • Printing your webstore address on receipts or bag inserts 
  • Word of mouth - often the best tool
Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: No, The customer can order as much as they like.

Q: Do I get inventory availability?

A: Yes.

Q: Can I pick what I want or don’t want on web store?


A: Currently, only Eldorado products are available to use with the Storeextender program.  You can hide categories of products you do not wish to sell.


Q: What are Google AdWords?

A: Take a look at http://adwords.google.com/ for more information.

Q: When do I get reports and how do I get them?

A: Reports will be available within the interface when you log in.

Q: How and where do I get a URL?

A: You can get a domain name through GoDaddy.com if you don't already have one - we will provide directions on how to point an existing domain to our servers.

Q: What if my customers have a question/concern after they place an order?

A: There is a "contact us" page on your site, and a FAQ section.

If they cannot find the answer to their question in the FAQ section, they would fill out the "contact us" form and a reply will be emailed to them.

Q; How is the monthly fee handled?

A: The start-up and monthly fee will be billed to a credit card we keep on file for your account. You may cancel your account with 30 days written notice.

Q: When can I cancel my subscription to storeextender.com?

A: After initial 90 days commitment, you may cancel at anytime with 30 days notice to Eldorado. Please contact info@storeextender.com to cancel.

Q: Can I take my profits from my web site and pay my store's bill?

A: No.

Q: How much inventory will I have access to?


A: Currently ~ 15000 items


Q: Does Eldorado provide the DSL service?

A: No.

Q: How do I keep people from browsing the web to other sites while on my in-store computer?

A: Beyond our scope, but games can be played with the host's file and DNS settings on the computer.

Q: Does Eldorado provide the computers for the store?

A: No, but any computer will work for the site.
